Dance Under the “Harvest Moon”

For A Safe Place

 

The Hawthorn Woods Women’s Club is hosting an evening of fine dining and dancing to support the transitional living project of A Safe Place/ Lake County Crisis Center.  Wynstone Golf Club will be the site for their Harvest Moon Charity Ball, scheduled for October 2 in North Barrington. The evening includes a premium open bar cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing featuring “The Associates”. Raffles and live and silent auctions will also be held.

Seating is limited. Reservations can be made by phoning Pam Carone at 847.726.1015 or mailing directly to her at 29 Acorn Drive, Hawthorn Woods, IL 60047. Tickets are $125 each.

A Safe Place’s Transitional Living program, One Safe Place, will be the first transitional living program for battered women and their children in Lake County, offering secure living for up to two years with onsite supportive services to assist survivors in creating lives of self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.
