23rd Annual Meeting Set for October 21

The 23rd Annual Meeting of A Safe Place/Lake County Crisis Center will be held at Baxter International on Monday, October 21, at 6:30 pm. Program highlights include this year's Purple Ribbon Community awards as well as outstanding and merit volunteer awards and recognition of outstanding support from area youth, civic organizations, businesses, and media. Festivities begin with a public gathering at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7:00 and program at 7:45 pm. Tickets for the event are $85.
