Mother’s Day Gift

Mother’s Day is the perfect time to offer a Mother’s Day Tribute to A Safe Place to honor your mother, a favorite aunt or teacher, or someone else who has made a special impact on your life. A gift that will provide shelter, counseling and advocacy to a battered woman and her children may be the perfect way to celebrate your special someone’s devotion to building the loving, healthy relationships you have enjoyed in your own life.

If you are interested in providing a Mother’s Day Tribute, please contact the Development program of A Safe Place at 847.249.5147.

Annually, A Safe Place answers more than 6,500 calls to its 24-hour HELP LINE and provides nearly 14,000 nights of safety to battered women and their children, along with advocacy and counseling to more than 3,200 area residents. The 24-hour HELP LINE can be reached at 847.249.4450; TTY 847.249.6557.
